“Use martial arts skills for self defense and physical fitness only”

1. Ready position.

2. Slowly raise both fists to chest then up to a bull block.

3. Extend the fist outward to emphasize block/breaking hold motion.

4. Turn 90" left into a back stance, left in-to-out middle block with right palm at left elbow.

5. Slowly open left fist and turn palm to face downward.

6. Slide left foot out into a front stance, left hand palm block down, right spear strike with palm down, double punch (left, then right).

7. Pivot left foot 90" to the left, right step to horse stance, mountain block.

8. Cross left foot over right while bringing right fist back to the right hip.

9. Land right foot forward into a horse stance, right sideway punch, Yell !!

10. Turn right foot 180" to the left into a horse stance, double elbow strikes to the sides of your body.

11. Step left foot over right to touch the ankles, then slide right foot out into a right foot forward back stance.

12. Land right foot out into a back stance, right in-to-out middle block with the left palm at the right elbow.

13. Slowly open right fist and turn palm to face downward.

14. Slide right foot out into a front stance, right hand palm block down, left spear strike with palm down, double punch (right, then left).

15. Pivot right foot 90" to the right, left step to horse stance, mountain block.

16. Cross right foot over left while bringing left fist back to the left hip.

17. Land left foot forward into a horse stance, left sideway punch, Yell !!

18. Turn left foot 180" right into a horse stance, double elbow strike to the sides of your body.

19. Turn right foot 90" right into a back stance, right in-to-out middle block with left palm at the right elbow.

20. Slowly open right fist and turn palm to face downward.

21. Slide right foot out into a front stance, right hand palm block down, left spear hand strike with the palm down, double punch (right, then left).

22. Step left foot forward into a back stance, double-knife-hand low block

23. Step right foot up into a front stance, concentrated double-palms pushing block (toward stomach side)

24. Pull right foot to left and into a horse stance, open hand double ridge hands block with the palms facing up.

25. Stay in same stance, double low blocks with open hands (slow).

26. Slowly close both fist and raise stance up until knees are straight (slow).

27. Turn 90" left into a left front stance, left upward forearm block.

28. Stay in same stance, concentrated double-palms pushing block (toward back side).

29. Pull both fists to left hip, right snap kick, land into a right front stance, double fist middle punch (back hand's fist is at front's wrist distance).

30. Pull both fists to the right hip, left snap kick, land into a front stance, double fist middle punch (back hand's fist is at front's wrist distance).

31. Pull both fists into the left hip, right snap kick, land with a hop into a cross stance, right back fist down (with other hand assists at solar plexus level, palm up).

32. Pivot right foot 180" left into a left front stance, concentrated double-palms pushing block (toward back side).

33. Pull left foot back into a left tiger stance, low x-knife-hands block.

34. Right step forward into a back stance, double knife hand middle block with rear hand palm down and front hand palm up.

35. Left step forward into a back stance, double fists middle punch (back hand's fist is at front's forearm distance).

36. Right step forward into a back stance, double fists middle punch (back hand's fist is at front's forearm distance).

37. Move right foot and return to ready position.
